CERT Training

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness and trains them in basic response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, and disaster medial operations. Using their training, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event and can take a more active role in preparing their community.

A new tool for San Bernardino County Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) is available. As continues to be built out we will be adding tools to help get the CERT message out to residents in our community. The newest feature is a map which provides a visual guide to the community based CERT programs throughout San Bernardino County.
