Physical Health Services

At San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD), we are committed to fostering the health and well-being of our students, families, and community members. In partnership with our medical provider, our School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) provide a comprehensive range of physical health services to ensure accessible and quality care for all.

Our Physical Health Services Include

  • Medical Health Services: Comprehensive primary care, wellness visits, urgent care, and specialty services to address various health needs.

  • HIV/AIDS, STD, and Hepatitis C Programs: Testing, treatment, and preventive services, including PrEP.

  • Harm Reduction Program: Services aimed at reducing the negative consequences associated with drug use.

  • CalAIM Care Management: Coordinated care services to manage complex health needs.

  • Immunizations: Stay up to date on immunizations, flu vaccinations, and COVID-19 vaccines.

  • Healthy Weight and Blood Pressure Screenings: Preventive screenings to promote overall health.

  • Homeless Health Services: Medical and supportive services tailored for individuals experiencing homelessness.

  • Medi-Cal Enrollment Assistance: Support in applying for Medi-Cal to ensure access to healthcare services.
