Our school-based health centers offer inclusive, nurturing, and safe environments that empower students, families, and communities to achieve lifelong health and well-being.

Our mission is to cultivate a healthy, thriving community by delivering comprehensive, compassionate care that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every individual. Enhance Access to Comprehensive Health Services: Provide equitable, timely access to high-quality, comprehensive health services—including physical, mental, and preventive care.

Improve Mental Health and Emotional Well-being: Provide compassionate mental health support to address anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional challenges, creating a safe space that fosters emotional well-being and resilience for all individuals.

Evaluate Program Effectiveness and Satisfaction: Continuously evaluate program success and patient satisfaction with school-based health center services to ensure alignment with community needs and improve service delivery.

Foster Healthy Social Behaviors and Connectedness: Cultivate positive social interactions and foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive environment to improve students’ sense of belonging and reduce instances of social isolation.

Expanding School-Based Health Centers: Develop a sustainable model for school-based health centers within San Bernardino City Unified School District to enhance district-wide access to comprehensive health services for all students and families.
