Lestonnac Vision Clinics

• Who They Serve: Students up to 12th grade 

• Cost & Insurance: All services are provided at no cost to the student or family, regardless of insurance coverage

• On-Site Convenience: Lestonnac brings a portable, mobile RV exam room directly to the school campus.

• Comprehensive Services Provided:

  • Eye exams utilizing a photo screener.

  • On-site selection of eyeglass frames.

  • Prescription eyeglasses, which are either made on-site the same day or delivered to the school 2-3 weeks after the event.

How to Can Your Child Participate?

For your child to get this no-cost care, a caregiver just needs to sign and return the consent form.

If your student has been screened for vision and an need is identified, the School Nurse will send home the consent form to applicable students about one month before the event on your child's school campus. 

Note: Adult & Sick Children Care: Lestonnac also provides primary care and sick visits for adults and children at their clinic located on East 21st Street.
