We are committed to providing equitable access to high-quality mental health support that prioritizes the needs of our students and their families within SBCUSD. Together, we work to foster mental health and wellness so every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Services We Provide
- School-Based Counseling: Individual and group counseling provided by licensed mental health professionals and school counselors.
- Crisis Intervention: Immediate support for students experiencing a mental health crisis.
- Behavioral Support: Collaboration with families and educators to address behavioral concerns.
- Referrals: Connections to community mental health providers for specialized care.
- Workshops and Training: Opportunities for students, families, and staff to build skills in stress management, resilience, and self-care.
Local and Community Resources
We work closely with trusted organizations in San Bernardino and surrounding areas to expand access to mental health services. Here are some local resources:
- San Bernardino County Behavioral Health: Comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services.
- Family Assistance Program: Resources for at-risk youth and families.
- Victor Community Support Services: Counseling and support services for children and families.
- Community Crisis Response Teams (CCRT): Community-based mobile crisis response team for children and adults experiencing a psychiatric emergency.
