Returning to School from Home and Hospital

Returning to School
When a student is ready to return to school, the Home and Hospital Program will prepare release papers and forward them to the school the student was previously attending.

The parent or guardian will need to re-enroll the student in school once they are released from the Home and Hospital Program.
Special Education students will need to have an IEP meeting to place the student back into school.
