The Community Summit 2025 is a conference-style event bringing together families, educators, and community members for a day of workshops, presentations, and cultural experiences. This event is designed to foster learning, engagement, and collaboration across our community.

Registration & Attendance

Is registration required?
Yes, registration is required for all attendees. You can sign up at sbcusd.com/summit. Vendors and presenters must also register in advance.
Is there a fee to attend?
No, the event is free for all attendees.
Can I attend only part of the event?
Yes, you are welcome to attend any portion of the event that fits your schedule.

Workshops, Activities & Child Care

What types of workshops will be available?
Sessions will cover topics such as family engagement, student success, mental health, and community resources.
Will there be activities for kids?
Yes! We will have interactive activities for children, as well as child care.
Is child care available?
Yes, child care will only be provided for children ages 3 through 5th grade during the event.

Vendors & Participation

How can I become a vendor or presenter?
Vendors and presenters can register in the second column. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Is there a fee for vendors?
No, vendor participation is free, but vendors are encouraged to showcase their culture and services in an engaging way.

Logistics & Accessibility

Will food be provided?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking will be available on-site.
