Special Condition for Employment

The SBCUSD strives to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations as they apply to substance abuse in the workplace. Unlawful manufacturing, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of controlled substance by SBCUSD employees in the workplace or while on SBCUSD business is prohibited.
