Overview
It is the expectation of the District that every person experience positive service. Our motto is:

How is Our Service?
You are very important to the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible.
The District's first customer service workshop was held in February, 1998. Consistent and sustained support from the Board of Education and Superintendent, coupled with the commitment of the District's City Schools / Community Partnerships for Customer Service Committee, provide the impetus and energy for continual program development and improvement.
The District received a Golden Bell Award from the California School Board Association in 2006 in the category of Parent / Community Involvement.
