Classified Onboarding

Our comprehensive three-tiered onboarding program is designed to provide new employees with a holistic and immersive introduction to our organization, ensuring their successful integration and long-term growth.

Classified Mentorship

The Classified Mentorship Program is a structured program tailored to offer support to employees in classifications of instructional, clerical, librarian assistant, and custodial roles. 

New Employee Orientation

All new classified employees are required to attend a three-hour district orientation, which includes an introduction to the District vision, mission, and belief statements, information from the district department. 

Union Incentive Resources

Resources include information about employee tuition reimbursement, advanced degree incentives, and classified employee teacher grants.

Road Map to Teaching

This includes information from the CTC about the steps to becoming a teacher in California.
