The community is invited to
Anderson School on Thursday, September 14 from 4 to 6 p.m. for the Disabilities Resource Fair.
Anderson School serves students from ages 12 to 22 with a variety of physical and intellectual disabilities, and like all San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) schools, it prepares students to be good citizens and to reach their full potential.
The Disabilities Resource Fair will bring together vendors such as Molina Health Care, DMV, OmniTrans, CID (Center for Individual Development), Social Security Administration, IEHP (Inland Empire Health Plan), Ability Center Inland Empire, and many others. The goal is to provide a central hub for people who need information on services for individuals with disabilities.
“Whether you need information about services for yourself or for someone you care about, the Disabilities Resource Fair will be a great place to get all that information in one place,” said Trisha Imbriani, an SBCUSD moderate/severe Special Education teacher.
In addition to all the community resources, community members can enjoy refreshments and raffles.
Anderson School is located at 24302 E. 4th Street in San Bernardino. For directions or more information about the school or the resource fair, call Anderson School at (909) 388-6311 or email [email protected].
