The Accountability & Educational Technology (AET) Department is committed to providing accurate data and effective educational technology support in a timely manner to help positively impact student achievement.
The Accountability and Educational Technology (AET) Department:
Federal and State mandated testing programs Provides district employees with technology training for Common Core State Standards, district-approved classroom programs and devices, and cybersafety and digital citizenship.
Trains site technology coaches to assist site teachers in integrating technology for student use to facilitate implementation of Common Core State Standards
Supports schools, staff, and district programs with their data and technology needs
Conducts research and evaluation studies to analyze program effectiveness and student progress
Verifies, monitors, and distributes
California Accountability Progress Reporting (APR) Information (API, AYP, and PI status) Prepares and publishes
for all sites School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs) Facilitates regular District Technology Committee meetings
