Dances and Social Activities
Cajon has a variety of dances throughout the school year both on campus and off campus. To gain admittance into a dance, a student must present a current school picture I.D. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure they get a Cajon picture I.D. well before any event. No other form of school identification will be accepted at the door. Students must have written parent permission to attend any school-sponsored event. All charges must be cleared before a ticket can be purchased for prom or grad night.
Cajon reserves the right to allow only Cajon students into its dances. Approved visitors are allowed to attend our dances provided they get a guest pass from the office. The guest must also have a current picture I.D. and be escorted by a current Cajon student. The ticket for the guest must be purchased at the same time. Middle school students are not allowed to attend dances. All guests must be approved by a vice principal.
All ticket sales are final—no refunds. All rules relating to student conduct during school hours are in effect during dances. Students who leave the dance early may not return and are prohibited from loitering on school property or private property. No one will be admitted one hour after any event begins.
Dancing, itself, must be clean and in good taste. Violators will be asked to leave the event.
