Schools who remain in Program Improvement (PI) identification for two or more years offer two options to students. In addition to the Public School Choice option these schools offer Supplemental Support Services to students who remain in attendance at the PI school and who qualify based on low socio-economic status as determined by Free and Reduced Lunch eligibility and low achievement as indicated by grades and test scores. Supplemental Support Services are opportunities for students to receive additional tutoring or academic assistance outside the regular school day from a state approved support provider. The District covers the costs of the Supplemental Support Services, and related transportation costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
